Skeptical at first but open to new ideas ... We gave it a go, and boy was I wrong. It turned my rather cheap and inexpensive whiskey (starting with an 'I' and ending with a 'blue' ) into a surprisingly pleasant and palatable drink! This works ... Xage is such an amazing thing to have. I have been using it on my wines and it makes such a noticeable difference to the drink. I find the wine much smoother and more intense. Xage is the new generation cost-effective way of having expensive single malt whiskey or for that matter rum, vodka, or gin! I’m not a regular drinker but when I do drink I prefer whiskey. I have always enjoyed the high of alcohol but never appreciated the taste, more specifically the harsh after taste and the burn.
